Enhance Your Browsing Experience with this Chrome Extension

Are you tired of websites tracking your browsing details? Do you want to access mobile versions of sites for faster loading? Look no further! This Chrome extension allows you to customize your user-agent string, effectively spoofing your browser's identity and providing a seamless browsing experience.

Why Use This Chrome Extension?

This extension provides a simple yet powerful solution to alter your user-agent string. By doing so, you can indicate that you are browsing on a mobile device, enabling you to access mobile versions of websites. This not only speeds up page loading times but also enhances your overall browsing experience.

With this extension, customizing your user-agent string is just a few clicks away. The toolbar popup allows you to easily set a custom user-agent string according to your preferences. You have complete control over how websites perceive your browsing arrangement.

A Reliable Spoofing Technique

This extension employs a two-factor technique to mimic your default user-agent string, ensuring the most reliable method of spoofing. You can rest assured that websites will be unable to identify specific details about your browsing setup.

Efficient Resource Management

One of the standout features of this extension is its efficient use of resources. It only utilizes resources when actively spoofing the user-agent string. This ensures that your browsing experience remains smooth and uninterrupted.

Customize User-Agent Strings for Specific Domains

Take control of your browsing experience by setting up user-agent strings for specific domains. This extension allows you to specify which domains you want to apply the user-agent spoofing to. You also have the option to exclude certain domains from the spoofing process, giving you full flexibility.

Additional Features for Maximum Flexibility

In addition to customizing user-agent strings, this extension offers a range of additional features. You can set per-site user-agent strings, allowing you to have different user-agent strings for each browser window. There is also an option to randomize user-agent strings, adding an extra layer of anonymity to your browsing.

God Damn!

Has a lot of user agents and filters. Works wonders if you want to test a bunch of different browser version without having to look up user agent strings manually.

Dream of Omnimaga

It doesn't work all the time. I just tried logging in on Twitch in Chrome and got an error about unsupported browser even though I had the latest version. So I switched my user agent to Firefox and I still would get the login error. Same with switching to Safari user agent.

Make Name Acceptable Go

Worked for me when others would not. Works on the one website I need it on. Doesn't seem to have much of a footprint otherwise ?. I will say that this is the first program / app / extension in a very long time I wished had an idiot user mode. I feel a bit like a Cessna pilot trying to fly a 747 with all its custom modes, white lists etc. But since I seem to have gotten the result I wanted (I can log on the website that told me no Vivaldi) while not applying itself to other websites (at least the test sites I've checked) I'm a very happy customer. If I stay that way I'll try donating.

1. Doesn't work with CloudFlare, makes visiting websites proxied by it impossible and we are talking about millions of websites. 2. The internal database of User Agents is rarely if ever updated. 3. In rare cases when you visit a website, the current tab simply freezes, the CPU use spikes to 100% and nothing ever happens. You just cannot browse it until you disable the extension.
